The Green Bible will be a tool to call the attention of some people to take part in the caring for the earth. Or Gods creation, the planet, or our home, as some others refers to it. It highlights scriptural references from the word of God of the earth and deals directly with what we as pilgrims can do to take care of our dwelling place, as we travel through this earthy life. Many people have no need of the Green Bible to stimulate their duty to shoulder the responsible in caring for Ole Mother Earth. But while looking at it from a biblical perspective, some people will feel good about themselves and will also have a greater sense of purpose, because they can relate back to the bible.
In keeping with its theme the Green Bible’s pages are made of recycled paper and it uses soy based inks. The bible has been regarded as a source of divine revelation and the blueprint for the correct behavior of mankind in moral living. For those of you who are lovers of the KJV only bible and do not brother with the newer versions then you may not want to purchase it because it seems only to come in the New Revised Standard Version.
